To qualify for a refund, your account must meet all three of the following within your 30-day window:

• Completed at least 10 daily tasks from your assigned 30-day business plan • Logged at least 5 daily check-ins • Generated at least 1 Launch Kit or business plan

These criteria exist because personalized AI plans, hustle matches, and launch kits cost us real money to generate. Refund requests that don’t meet these criteria may be denied or offered a plan extension instead of cash back.

Submit your request through the in-app Refund Request form. Before you submit, the form shows your current good-faith effort score so there are no surprises. Requests from accounts that meet the criteria are routed to Adrian (the founder) for review. Requests from accounts that don’t meet the criteria are logged for our records and you’ll receive coaching on how to become eligible.

Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank posting times may add 1–3 additional days.

Refunds outside the 30-day window are reviewed case-by-case for exceptional circumstances (medical, family emergency, etc.). Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in your profile to prevent future charges; we don’t pro-rate partial months but you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Please contact us first — we will refund quickly and without friction if your account meets the criteria above. Filing a chargeback before reaching out may result in account suspension, and we will provide Stripe with the full audit trail of your account activity (task completions, check-ins, generation logs) as evidence to defend the transaction.
